Claire Noons Ceramic Sculpture – Artist Biography

Claire Noons began her creative career in song writing and music, she played music for six years, building a steady fan base, favourable reviews from Irish music magazines and received two offers of recording contracts from 2 major record labels but decided to remain independent.

At this stage of Claire’s career she started to develop an interest in the visual arts and decided to move to Cork to study at the Crawford College of Art and Design where she received her BA (Ord) Ceramic Design (2007) and BA (Hons) Ceramic Design (2008), after which she studied for a Post Grad Diploma in Teaching and Learning in W.I.T.

Claire’s bronze sculptural work has been exhibited in Japan, Ceramic sculptural work exhibited in Ireland, she has sold pieces to private collections and the O.P.W.

She works from her studio in Kildare.
